Dr. Ellen Pratt, the Tioga County’s Materials Recovery Manager, joined us on the WEBO Morning Show today to tell us about the upcoming annual Stream Cleanup event. Stream Cleanup will be from May 14th through May 22nd this year.
Dr. Pratt also told us more about what the department of materials recovery does.
