The Franziska Racker Centers has announced the date of their Tioga Community Celebration. The celebration will be held at the Owego Treadway Inn on Thursday, May 12th at 8:30am. Tickets are $15 per person and includes breakfast. The registration deadline is Friday, May 6th.
