The Historic Owego Marketplace has announced details of this year’s Lights on the River event in Owego. The 2016 Lights on the River event in Owego is being held this Friday. The event officially starts at 4pm. Then Santa will flip the switch to turn on the Village of Owego’s Holiday Lights at 6pm. The event will then conclude at 8pm with a fireworks display over the river. In addition, dozens of businesses and organizations will be participating in this year’s Lights on the River festivities.
