Dr. Bill Russell will retire Saturday after 10 years of serving as Superintendent of the Owego-Apalachin School District. He joined the WEBO Morning Show today for one last interview Friday. In the interview, he discussed his years on the job, his retirement plans, and some of his fondest memories.
Dr. Russell took over as Owego-Apalachin superintendent in July 2006. He will symbolically graduate with the Owego Free Academy Class of 2016 Saturday.
