The Tioga County Rural Ministry is holding its 3rd annual Holiday Cookie Sale Fundraiser at the Owego-Apalachin Middle School as part of the O-A Music Boosters craft sale this Saturday from 10am until 3pm. A wide variety of homemade cookies will be for sale at $8 per pound.
