Carolyn Palladino, Leah Hammond, and Shawn Yetter of the Tioga United Way joined us on the WEBO Morning Show today to tell us more about their Community Needs Survey. The survey helps the Tioga United Way know what is important to the individuals in our community. With that information, the Tioga United Way will then be better able to disperse funds to its over-30 member agencies to help tackle community issues.
