Tioga Women Lead is holding a special event later this month to encourage and empower women in our community in the new year. The upcoming special event is being held at the Owego Treadway Banquet and Conference Center on January 25th from noon until 1:30pm. Tioga Women Lead is a local organization that seeks to educate, support, and advance women leaders in our community. The cost if $15 per person.
