Tioga State Bank is hosting its first annual Prostates and Pancakes 5k at Hickories Park in Owego next Saturday. Funds from the 1st annual event will go to benefit the Cure the Blue Prostate Cancer Awareness Campaign. Cure the Blue is an organization that seeks to both raise awareness of prostate cancer and raise money to find a cure. The 5k fundraiser will begin with registration at 8am on November 5th. The 5k will start at 9am and a special kids race will begin at 10am. A free pancake breakfast will be served to participants following the race.
