The Southern Tier’s biggest high school basketball tournament will be making a return to the Veteran’s Memorial Arena this month. Broome County Executive Debbie Preston announced the date for the Mirabito Stop DWI Holiday Classic. The 22nd annual tournament will run from December 27th through the 30th. Considered one of the premier high school basketball tournaments in the northeast, it will again feature one national division and two four-team regional divisions.
