A Lisle man was arrested after he fled from Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies that were trying to stop him. 27-year-old Justin Perce was arrested for five vehicle and traffic citations, two penal law charges, felony reckless endangerment and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. Deputies tried to pull Perce over on East Berkshire Road in the Town of Berkshire but he refused. Deputies say they initially tried to stop Perce due to a complaint that he had a rifle and had threatened to use it at the Xtra Mart in Newark Valley. He was eventually arrested at his home in Lisle and was taken to the Tioga County jail without bail.
