Wegmans is voluntarily recalling some produce as well as some baked goods that were sold between the dates of June 1st and June 20th. The recall comes after their supplier, California-based Wawona Packing Company, found traces of Listeria. Listeria is a bacterium that might cause illness. Nausea, fever, muscle aches, and sometimes diarrhea are symptoms of Listeria. The produce affected by the bacteria include all types of nectarines, plums, and peaches. Bakery items that include these ingredients are also being recalled. Please discard of these items, and take your receipt to your Wegmans service desk for a full refund.
