In the Cal Harris murder trial, the defense argued yesterday that the prosecution’s theory of the Harris’ impending divorce was motivation for Cal to murder Michele is not true. Annette Thorne, a paralegal from Michele Harris’ divorce attorney’s office testified in the morning. Later in the afternoon, former New York State Police Investigator Leslie Hyman took the stand. Hyman examined all of the phone records involved in the case. Hyman will continue his testimony today in Schoharie County Court.
