Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Board of Directors welcomes Maureen Abbott as its new Executive Director effective today, following the retirement of Kathleen Horner. Maureen is an experienced professional with an extensive background in nonprofit human services. She has more than 20 years of managerial experience at Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. Maureen grew up in the Southern Tier and has many family members in the area. She looks forward to the challenges of her new career and meeting people in the community.
