Some details have been released about Tioga Downs second bid for a Southern Tier Casino license. According to information released by the gaming commission, the proposed project would cost $195 million, and would create 560 new jobs. The board is expected to make a decision on whether or not Tioga Downs will receive a casino license in the fall.
