Authorities are looking for a missing 81-year-old man who has dementia out of Chenango County. Alfred Turshman of German, New York is described as a bald, white male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall. He is most likely wearing a light blue and tan button-down shirt, blue jeans, and brown loafers. He has been missing since approximately 3PM on August 15th. Anyone with information is asked to contact New York State Police.
