The American Red Cross has named a new Executive Director for the Southern Tier. Colleen McCabe started working with the American Red Cross in 2012 as a disaster preparedness coordinator. McCabe has a bachelor’s in Political Science from SUNY Cortland and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Binghamton University. As the newly appointed executive director for the Southern Tier, McCabe will oversee operations in Broome, Chenango, Tioga, and Tompkins counties.
