State budget cuts could affect a local hospital by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf recently cut $17.5 Million in state funds to hospitals all over Pennsylvania through an in-line veto. The Guthrie Troy Community Hospital is expecting to lose about $600,000 annually as a result of the governor’s action. A full Pennsylvania State Budget for 2016 still has not been passed.
