State Police and SWAT teams converged on a home in Little Meadows yesterday. After a police standoff ending with the use of teargas, 50-year-old David Shears was taken into custody. Police responded to Shears’ home after receiving 911 reports of a dispute and shots fired. However, no gunfire is said to have been exchanged between Shears and authorities during the standoff.
