As summer approaches and school classes come to an end for the year, many children in Tioga County will no longer have the opportunity to receive a free lunch through their district’s meal assistance programs. That’s an issue the Tioga County “Anti-Hunger Task Force” wishes to address with its Summer Meal Program.
