The Tioga County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition is looking for new leadership. The search comes after its current leadership will be gone once the Tioga County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse closes its doors in September. The coalition is in the process of searching for a pair of co-chairs, a secretary, and treasurer to lead its efforts once the Council closes its doors. The Substance Abuse and Prevention Coalition was recently started through a state grant and the efforts of community planner, Earl Greene.
