Tioga Downs is donating more than $100,000 to local veterans after last weekend’s Grand Funk Railroad concert. A combination of proceeds from ticket sales and a personal donation by owner Jeff Gural means that $100,530 will be given to the Southern Tier Veteran’s Support Group. Half of the donation comes from ticket proceeds which Gural personally matched. Tioga Downs would like to thank their sponsors for covering the production costs associated with the concert.
