Cal Harris has been found guilty of harassment in the Village of Owego. On March 5th of 2015, Harris was accused of entering into a verbal argument with a student who had just exited a class at the Tioga County Administrative Building. According to police records, the student had said that Harris was “likely to get off” in the then murder trial of his estranged wife, Michelle. Harris was found guilty of harassment in the second degree. Harris is expected back in court on September 7th for sentencing.
