A Vestal man has been charged by authorities after allegedly threatening another motorist with a knife during a road rage incident earlier this week. 24-year-old Anthony Clancey is said to have brandished a knife while exiting his vehicle to confront another motorist travelling on CFJ Boulevard in Johnson City. Clancey has since been charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He has since been arraigned and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Johnson City Court at a later date.
