The man wanted for questioning in connection to a shooting at Patrick’s Pub in Elmira in July has been located. The United States Marshall’s Service has located 27-year-old Zecary Banks in North Carolina. Benks is a person of interest in the investigation into the shooting which sent five people to the hospital on July 28th. He was located by authorities in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has since been arrested as a fugitive of the State of New York.
