Numerous Native American artifacts found during the construction of the new Owego Elementary School and maintenance facility will be on display for the public this afternoon. Over 500 artifacts were found during construction efforts in Owego over the past several years. A majority of those artifacts will be on display today. In addition, presentations will be given by faculty members of Binghamton University and representatives of the Onondaga Nation. The event will begin at 4pm in the Owego Elementary School auditorium.
