HEAP applications now open in NY

Home Energy Assistance Program, or HEAP,  applications are now available to the public beginning today. The federally funded HEAP program helps elderly residents or low-to-moderate income households with home heating bills during the winter months. Financial assistance will vary depending on household income, size, and heating source. Applications can be found by clicking here.
