2017 Town of Owego budget passes

The Town of Owego passed its 2017 budget proposal last night. Next year’s budget will include a zero percent tax increase for residents next year, however, town water rates will increase by 32 cents per thousand gallons of water. The new budget will take effect on January 1st.
