Three Owego-Apalachin students have been named to this year’s All-National Choir. Junior OFA Student Nic Hulbert has been named to the All-National Senior High Mixed Chorus. Freshman Rachel Raftis and 8th grader Justin Browne have both been named to the All-National Junior High Mixed Chorus. Over 4,200 students from across the country sent in audition tapes. The three Owego-Apalachin students will now be heading to Minneapolis, Minnesota in March to rehearse and perform in the All-National concert.
