With tomorrow being the 75th anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor in 1941, students at Owego-Apalachin will be attending a special remembrance ceremony during classes today. The highlight of the presentation will be a speech given by Bill Kennedy, a veteran and survivor of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. In addition, the Owego VFW Color Guard and Chamber Singers will be at today’s special remembrance ceremony at the Owego-Apalachin Middle School.
