A new addiction treatment center opened its doors in Owego yesterday. Trinity-CASA is a New York State licensed organization that will provide addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery services for those in need. Trinity-CASA is an already established group which provides addiction services across New York State and Northern Pennsylvania.
