Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul was at Binghamton University to announce that New York State is continuing its commitment to green energy. While at BU, Hochul announced that New York State will be offering $1 million in grants for climate resiliency project planning in the upstate area. In addition, $2 million grants will be available for 62 college and universities across New York to develop clean energy projects.
