A Glen Aubrey man is facing charges after leading Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies on a vehicle chase that ended with an accident in Newark Valley. It began around 3am on Monday, when deputies tried to pull the vehicle of 24-year-old Presho Mott over. He failed to stop, and started driving in a reckless manner – according to deputies – before crashing on Newark Valley Maine Road. No injuries were reported. Further investigation revealed that Mott was driving while intoxicated. He was issued appearance tickets for Town of Newark Valley Court.
