The Broome County Court was evacuated this morning due to a bomb threat. Binghamton Police say the threat was received around 9am, prompting the building on Hawley Street to be evacuated. Besides the county court, it also houses the Supreme Court and the District Attorney’s Office. An investigation inside the building found nothing suspicious and it was reopened around 10am. Police are still looking for the person who called in the threat.
