A chase in Binghamton after a domestic dispute Saturday resulted in damages to five vehicles and a house. Binghamton Police were called to 60 Saratoga Avenue for a reported domestic disturbance between a husband and wife at 7pm Saturday. The husband, identified as Edward McCray, is also accused of menacing neighbors with a sharp object and driving his large SUV erratically around the neighborhood. When police arrived, McCray struck two parked vehicles and then rammed two patrol cars as he fled the scene. The chase ended a short time later when his SUV overturned into a house on Macon Street. McCray tried to run on foot but was caught. No one was injured, but McCray is now facing a host of charges, including three counts of attempted aggravated assault of a police officer and driving while intoxicated.
