Tioga County will host their second shared services public hearing at 1pm Tuesday in the Hubbard Auditorium of the Tioga County Office Building. The third and final hearing will be held at 7pm on Aug. 1 in the Spencer Village Hall/Spencer Fire Department building at 41 North Main Street in Spencer. The first public hearing was held last week in Waverly. The state budget requires all counties to develop a plan for shared services and then gather public input on that plan. All community members are invited to attend either hearing.
