A Delaware County woman is back behind bars after slipping police custody Friday. 23-year-old Justina Mastrorocco was arrested in connection with several burglary investigations. She slipped out of her handcuffs in the arrest processing room and ran away. She was found two hours later. She faces more than ten charges, many of them felonies, including grand larceny and now escape. Investigators say she is connected with a burglary at a Delhi home and cashing forged checks at a few local banks. She is currently in the Delaware County Jail now held on $50,000 cash bail.
