Cal Harris has filed a lawsuit in federal court alleging wrong doing on the part of multiple people in the investigation and prosecution of charges against him in the death of his wife Michelle. Among the people named in the suit are former Tioga County District attorney Gerald Keene, State Police investigators Steven Anderson and Susan Mulvey, trial witness Barbara Thayer and others. Harris claims that evidence was altered and/or fabricated and that the prosecution had malicious intent towards him. Harris asks for a jury trial and has not specified the dollar amount of damages he seeks, leaving that to the jury.
