A Cortland man has been arrested for felony possession of marihuana last Saturday. 28-year-old Curtis Galaska was caught speeding on State Route 13 in the town of Dryden. After smelling marihuana inside the car, a search found 9 ounces of marihuana, some illegal fireworks, and an electronic scale. Galaska was given tickets returnable to the town of Dryden court on September 25, 2017.
