Bail has been set for the suspect in Saturday morning’s stabbing at the Rathskeller Pub in Binghamton. The Broome County Court has set bail for 22-year-old Steven Mangra at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Both the suspect and the victim, a bouncer at the Rathskeller, are Binghamton University students.
