In Steuben County, the New York State Police say that human remains found in February have been identified as 53-year-old Orrin Mastin of Bath. Mastin was last seen on January 18th, 2013. He was found by a hiker in remote part of the Town of Bath. The investigation continues, but foul play is not suspected.
