The death of a SUNY Oneonta freshman has been ruled accidental. 18-year-old Daniel Michaels was found to have died from ‘mixed drug toxicity’. He was found to have had methamphetamine, ethanol, alprazolam, and marijuana in his system. Michaels was found in distress at his apartment on December 2nd. No charges have been filed in the death, but two people have been charged with drug possession in the apartment. The investigation continues.
