Nathan Grover of New Milford in Susquehanna County has been arrested on Weapons of Mass Destruction Charges. The weapons were tannerite explosives filled with metal. Grover was arrested at the EconoLodge in Scranton on Saturday. A warrant for his arrest was issued on January 4th. Grover is being held in the Susquehanna County Jail on $200,000 bail.
