Police have made an arrest in the City of Norwich for the sale of cocaine. 37-year-old Sandy Beeching was arrested and charged with felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned in Norwich City Court and taken to the Chenango County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Beeching will return to court tomorrow.
