State Police at Oneonta have arrested 21-year-old Aiden O’Day for Making a Terroristic Threat in the Town of Otego. O’Day, who is from Otego, is alleged to have made threats against the Franklin High School. He was arrested without incident and an investigation determined that there is no danger to the school or public. O’Day was arraigned in the Town of Otego Court and remanded to the Otego County Jail. His next court date is pending.
