The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an 8-year-old (yes, an 8-year-old) for making a terroristic threat against Charlotte Valley School in Davenport. Last Thursday, the student threatened to burn down the school. The student was issued a juvenile appearance ticket and is to appear at the Delaware County Probation Department to answer the charges.
