Two men are facing felony charges after they allegedly attacked three juveniles with knives on Friday at the Troy Fair.
According to The Daily Review, 34-year-old Elmira resident David Albarran and 18-year-old Athens resident Elijah Putnam were charged with first degree felony aggravated assault and first degree felony conspiracy to commit aggravated assault as well as misdemeanor simple assault.
One victim suffered a severe laceration to the face, while the other two did not have any substantial injuries.
The two uninjured victims told police that Albarran came after them with a red curved knife, while Putnam attacked the other victim with a knife. The victim suffered a laceration to his face. He was transported to the Troy Hospital for treatment.
Both suspects denied having knives and police did not find any knives at the scene.
Albarran and Putnam were remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $150,000 bail.
