A Sayre man was arrested last week after police said he assaulted a person while driving with children in the car.
According to police, 21-year-old Dallas Kithcart has been charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
The victim told police that while they were driving with a one-month-old and three-year-old in the car, Kithcart struck the victim in the face with an open hand and a closed fist.
Kithcart also allegedly threatened the victim while pulling their hair and spitting on them while continuing to drive the vehicle. He also allegedly pulled out a razor blade and threatened to hurt the victim if they pressed charges.
Kithcart was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $200,000 bail.
