A Broome County man is facing a murder charge after he allegedly intentionally hit a man with his pickup truck.
According to the New York State Police, a Binghamton resident was struck by a vehicle on Lamb Road in the Town of Nanticoke on Sept. 24.
Police said their investigation revealed that 36-year-old Maine resident Nathanael Manwaring intentionally struck Rodney Clark following a dispute.
Clark would later pass away from his injuries.
Manwaring has been charged with murder in the first degree and manslaughter in the first degree.
