The Epiphany Elementary School honored longtime principal Sister Kathleen last week.
The school’s gym was named in honor of Sister Kathleen for her 33 years of dedicated service and leadership.
Epiphany students, staff and representatives from the Diocese of Scranton, Epiphany Church and Epiphany PTG attended the ceremony.
A commemorative plaque states “Dedicated in honor of Sister Kathleen Kelly for 33 years of unwavering faith, compassionate leadership, and joyful service. May her legacy continue to inspire all who enter this space.”
After the ceremony, the entire school gathered in the newly named Sister Kathleen Kelly Gymnasium for their annual Thanksgiving Lunch.
