An Athens Township man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually assaulted an unconscious minor.
According to court documents, 37 year old Jamison Reeves has been charged with felony counts of aggravated indecent assault without consent, aggravated indecent assault- complainant is unconscious or unaware that penetration is occurring, and aggravated indecent assault – complainant less that 16.
He is also facing misdemeanor counts of indecent assault without consent, indecent assault of person unconscious and indecent assault of person less than 16 years of age.
The crimes were allegedly committed on Dec. 14 in Athens Township.
Reeves is being held at the Bradford County Jail on $500,000 bail.
